These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and par98 ("par98", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the par98 website located at https://par98.cam and all associated services, products, features and content offered through the platform.

par98 is an online betting and live casino platform providing sports betting (including cricket betting, football, UFC and esports), live casino games, video slots and related gaming products to registered adult users. The platform is designed and operated with a primary focus on the Pakistan market and is presented in the English language.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager or bet through par98, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

par98 does not represent, warrant or imply that online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of par98 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

The following capitalised terms, when used in this Agreement, shall have the meanings set out below:

Your use of the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a Wager, or claiming any Bonus — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any policies incorporated by reference.

These Terms are effective from the date you first access or use the Platform and remain in full force until your Account is permanently closed and all obligations between you and par98 have been discharged.

par98 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an Account on par98, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or by the laws applicable in your location, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and not as a representative, agent or trustee of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory as defined in Section 2.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or close family member of an employee of par98 or any associated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
• You must not have previously had an Account closed or suspended by par98 for breach of these Terms, fraud or any prohibited conduct.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

par98 does not represent that registering an Account makes online gambling lawful for you under the laws of Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan must independently assess their obligations under, among other legislation, the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

To register an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and other details as prompted by the registration form. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly if it changes.

One Account Rule: Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on par98. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered in another person's name, or accounts shared between multiple individuals are strictly prohibited. par98 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and void any associated winnings.

Know Your Customer (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, par98 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A copy of a valid government-issued identity document (National Identity Card / CNIC, or passport).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the past three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (a bank statement or screenshot confirming ownership of the deposit method used).
• Source-of-funds documentation if requested under enhanced due diligence procedures.

par98 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time — including before a withdrawal is processed, during routine account review, or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction, suspension or closure.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. par98 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure. Notify customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits into your par98 Account must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's live cashier at the time of the transaction. Available methods may include — but are not limited to — bank transfers and digital payment services familiar to Pakistani users. The Platform references services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah purely as payment services known in the Pakistan market. par98 does not represent that these services endorse or support gambling transactions; availability of any method depends on current banking arrangements and provider rules.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit ceilings and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per period. These limits are specified in the cashier at the time of transacting and may vary by payment method, Account tier and applicable KYC status. Current limits are illustrative (e.g., minimum deposit of approximately PKR 500–1,000) and are subject to change without prior notice.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Any active Bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• par98 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.

6.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and cannot be guaranteed. Times depend on the operator's processing schedule and the receiving payment provider. par98 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.

6.5 Currency. Account balances and transactions are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction. Applicable fees, if any, are disclosed in the cashier.

par98 may offer Bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing Players at its discretion. All Bonuses are governed by specific promotional terms that are published at the time the Bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the applicable Bonus.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotional terms:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the Bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contributions by game category (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting) are specified in the applicable promotional terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
• Only one Bonus may be active at a time unless specifically indicated.

7.2 Bonus Abuse. par98 actively monitors for Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming Bonuses using multiple accounts, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and exploiting promotional errors. par98 reserves the right to void Bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where Bonus abuse is detected.

7.3 Right to Modify. par98 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or suspend any Bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that rights already accrued by a Player prior to the modification are not materially prejudiced.

8.1 Placement of Bets. Bets are accepted only when confirmed and acknowledged by the par98 system. A Wager is not valid until you receive a confirmation reference. In the event of any technical error, system failure or disconnect before confirmation, the Wager shall be deemed void and any stake returned.

8.2 Odds and Markets. Odds are presented at the time of bet placement and may fluctuate based on market conditions. par98 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time. In-play betting odds update in real time; it is the Player's responsibility to confirm odds before placing a Wager.

8.3 Void Bets. par98 may declare a Bet void in circumstances including — but not limited to — system errors, market closure due to official event cancellation or postponement, manifest pricing errors, or evidence of match manipulation. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account.

8.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-transaction winnings may be capped at thresholds specified in sport-specific or event-specific rules. These limits are available in the betting rules published on the Platform.

8.5 Cricket and PSL Specific. Cricket betting markets for PSL, ICC T20, bilateral series and other competitions are subject to the official outcome declared by the relevant cricket governing body. par98 follows official results; any subsequent revision by a governing body (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application) shall be reflected in final settlement where technically practicable.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the par98 Platform. par98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account and void any winnings where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulently obtained payment methods.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether directly or through agents or third parties.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to exploit game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or manipulate betting markets.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input, unless expressly authorised in writing.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting Bonus terms, promotions or referral schemes in bad faith or in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting obvious pricing errors, system glitches or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, convert or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. par98 cooperates fully with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and may report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Underage Use: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Jurisdiction Violation: Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the par98 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of par98 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Resell, sublicence or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Use data mining, screen scraping, robots or similar tools to extract content from the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content.

Any unauthorised use automatically terminates the permission or licence granted by par98 and may give rise to a claim for damages.

11.1 Platform Availability. par98 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

11.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gambling involves financial risk. par98 makes no representation or warranty regarding any outcome, return, profitability or financial result from the use of the Platform. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

11.3 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, par98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if par98 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Maximum Liability. In any event, par98's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

par98 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per period. When a loss limit is reached, further wagering is blocked until the period resets or the limit is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to receive notifications after playing for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to restrict access to their Account for an extended period may request self-exclusion through the customer support team. During exclusion, the Account is blocked from deposits and wagering activity.
• Reality Checks: Players may configure periodic reminders displaying elapsed session time and net wagering activity.

par98 strictly does not permit gambling by individuals under the eligible minimum age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time. par98 may close accounts where underage use is suspected without prior notice.

par98 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

par98 processes personal data for purposes including — but not limited to — account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling compliance, customer support, and regulatory reporting obligations.

par98 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party processors (such as KYC verification providers and payment processors) strictly as necessary for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and the procedures set out in the Privacy Policy. Contact details for data-related requests are set out in Section 16 of these Terms.

par98 reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations under these Terms, par98 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notification on the Platform or by sending a notification to your registered email address. However, par98 is not obligated to provide individual notice of every amendment.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and request Account closure.

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the par98 operator holds its applicable licence.

15.1 No Pakistani Government Authorisation. par98 does not claim to hold a licence granted by any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani regulatory body. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that online gambling is permitted or regulated in Pakistan.

15.2 User Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine whether their use of par98 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. par98 expressly disclaims any liability for losses arising from the User's failure to comply with local law.

15.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to par98 customer support for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body specified under the Platform's applicable licensing framework. par98 will cooperate with all good-faith efforts at resolution.
